Japanese Sweets

They are almost served with green tea because green tea brings out the good tastes of Japanese sweets. They are always used powdered tea or bean jam, they are used few materials and not used oils. Compared with Western style sweets, Japanese sweets are rarely used fruits. The taste is sweet but there are no bitter tastes or sourness. It is also impossible to taste and looks. Japanese sweets are needed beautiful looks.
Kyoto’s Japanese sweets are the most famous for all over the world. The noted product is Yatsuhashi. This is my favorite Japanese sweet. It is like mochi, and included bean jam. However, the most famous noted product is Taiyaki. It looks like fish made by flour, and we put bean jam into this uncooked dough. Sometimes, contents are changed for custard, cheese and so on. It is eaten all over the Japan. Maybe everyone loves it.
